The Farm Camp Cookbook

During the summer of 2025, I spent two months interning with Flying Pig Farm in Manitou Springs, CO. My final project for the farm was to create a cookbook for future Farm Camp Sessions. I developed the recipes, facilitated the cooking, photographed the meals, and designed the final cookbook, strengthening my skills in visual storytelling and project organization. I used Canva to create this cookbook.

Family Style

In May of 2023, I spent the last month of my senior year developing a cookbook. I decided to interview three New England chefs about their careers in the professional food industry. Not only did the chefs provide me with insights into what running a restaurant was like, but they also helped me by giving tips on how to create recipes. I incorporated their voices into my cookbook, Family Style, by providing a short feature on each chef. I then included 12 recipes of my own design, paired with photos that I captured of the cooking process. I used InDesign to create this cookbook.
